Episode #12 Saving seeds, basil cutting and saving a maple by pruning

This is a jam-packed show, that we had a lot of fun making. I demonstrate how to save seeds from tomatoes and other plants. I'm also taking cuttings from basil, to grow the plant indoors this winter.

Check out my successful straw bale beautiful hot peppers.

I'm also explaining why I love, the much-maligned rose of Sharon tree.

Rob Kruljac from Davey Tree walks me through a pruning tutorial to fix up a Japanese maple that was damaged by a huge oak tree branch that landed on the garden shed and took the top of the tree off.
