Planting 'Pittsburg' tulips with students at Butler Catholic

I had the most wonderful day planting bulbs with the students at Butler Catholic. We were planting 'Pittsburg' tulips. Yes, the name is spelled right, without the H. It was actually named for Pittsburg, Kansas.

A big thank you to Flowerbulbs.com for donating the bulbs, which helped children learn the importance of gardening. We planted the bulbs in the pollinator garden at the school.

Everyone got a chance to drill and plant.

What a great day!
