In Doug's Garden Episode #3 Making Garlic Scape Pesto/Problems with Maple Trees

In this week's In Doug's Garden, brought to you by the Davey Tree Expert Company, we're removing the seed heads from garlic called scapes and making an easy Garlic Scape Pesto, it's yummy!

There's also a special segment about a planting project Doug did with Farm to Table of Western Pennsylvania. He's working with the Wilkinsburg Chamber of Commerce to teach people how to grow their own food.

Luke Werner from Davey visits to explain two problems he's been seeing on maple trees. I also surprise him, offering him some of the pesto!
