New colorful elephant ears from MANTS from The Organic Gardener 1/14/24

Here's a few of the cool plants I was introduced to Mid-Atlantic Nursery Trade Show - MANTS in Baltimore.
'Pharaohs Mask' and 'Redemption' colocasia from Plant Development Services Inc.
'Pharaohs Mask' grows to 4 to 5 feet tall. The stems are dark black and each leaf is dark green have raised black veins on the foliage.
'Redemption' has big heart-shaped, black leaves with pink centers and veins.
There's another variety from the same company that I grew last year called Royal Hawaiian® ‘Waikiki,' which I loved.
Colocasias are tender in our climate, so the bulbs are planted in the spring and can be stored in an unheated garage for the winter.

I grew Royal Hawaiian® ‘Waikiki' last year and loved it!

'Pharaohs Mask' is one of the colocasias I found at MANTS.

'Redemption' has big heart-shaped, black leaves with pink centers and veins.
