Cooking with weeds on PTL!

I used a recipe from my wife’s late grandmother, who immigrated from Italy to make an omelet with dandelions. They are one of the most nutritious plants in the world. I also made a garlic mustard pesto and both dishes went over pretty well with Heather and David.
